We believe that the financial issue should not be a barrier to access to quality advice for all professionals, nor should it tarnish the relationship between the lawyer and his client. For each intervention proposed by the firm, a clear tariff is announced, including the fees but also all anticipated costs in order to give an overview of the cost of the service. All these elements are subject to prior agreement at the beginning of the work.

ME ANTHONY GUESDON
Anthony GUESDON holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University Jean Moulin LYON III. Following this academic career, he joined the Ecole des Avocats Rhône-AlpesAlpes in 2011 and joined during his practical training law firms and accounting firm of reference, regional and national dimension.

He took an oath before the Court of Appeal of Lyon in 2013 and joined the bar, before practising in Strasbourg in several law firms.
In 2017, convinced of the need to develop a different approach to business and corporate law, Maître GUESDON joined an accounting firm. This experience continues with another major firm when it was installed at Réunion in 2018.

With this diverse and solid experience and a broad and modern vision of business and corporate law, he created AG AVOCATS in 2021 to share his unique expertise with his clients. He joined MEDEF REUNION to develop the link between business and law and became vice-president of COMEX40.

With its university training and its successive locations, close to the Italian, German and Swiss borders and today in the Indian Ocean, it keeps a special interest in international issues, Best served by a fluency in daily and legal English.

Ms MIELCAREK joined the firm as part of her Master 2 in Business Law at the University of Reunion.
